Elizabeth Gelinas

EAST LONGMEADOW    - Elizabeth (Fratini) Gelinas, 79, passed away on June 11, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Springfield, MA on June 15, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Girolamo and Nicolina (Angeloni) Fratini. She had selflessly donated her time as a volunteer at the Shriners Hospital for Children. Besides her parents, Betty was predeceased by her siblings, Anna Chmielewski, Anthony Fratini, Julia Vernadakis, Albert Fratini and Francis Fratini. To cherish her memory, she leaves her siblings Angelo Fratini, John Fratini and Mary Petrolati as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 3 – 4 PM at Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation, 220 North Main Street, East Longmeadow with a service at 4 PM.
