Dear Trase Family,

I am deeply saddened with the news of the passing of "coach" James. I cannot imagine how this must be for you all, losing such a blessing. James was a kind, charismatic man, that always knew how to improve those he mentored. I can still remember him motivating me on the bench, as well as correcting my shortcomings. I can say I have become a better hockey player because of his dedication to the sport, and I cannot thank him enough for how he has helped me in my early days of playing hockey. For as long as I can remember, I have seen him at countless rinks, immersing himself in the sport he loved so much. His dedication inspired me to continue playing even when I would encounter failure after failure. His dedication sparked resilience within me.

And for that, I cannot thank James, as well as you all, for helping me become the man I am today. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and I wish you peace and solace in the fact that James is in a better place.

With Deepest Sympathy,
Cadet Sullivan Andrew Webster
