Marshall C. LaCasse, Jr.

WESTFIELD – Marshall C. LaCasse, Jr., 84, passed away on October 8, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center. Marshall was born on October 24, 1933 in Burlington, VT to the late Margaret (Finley) and Marshall C. LaCasse, Sr. Marshall was a Master Carpenter by trade, but had a strong passion for aviation and was a pilot trainee. He loved the computers, nature, and spending time outdoors on his picnic table. To cherish his memory, Marshall leaves his loving wife of 49 years, Frances (Henderson) LaCasse; siblings Carole Stadler and her husband Bob, Ronald LaCasse and his wife Penny, James LaCasse, David LaCasse, Richard LaCasse and his wife Betty, Jack LaCasse and his wife Tara, Marina Kittredge, Nancy LaCasse, and Margaret Coon and her husband Leon. He also leaves his step-children Richard Soucia and his wife Josie, Sandra Carrington and her husband Warren, Danny Desmarais and his wife Shirley, and Michael Desmarais; as well as many nieces and nephews. Marshall was predeceased by brothers Peter, and Tommy; sister Linda; and baby sister Laurel Lee. Services have been entrusted to Southwick Forastiere Funeral & Cremation. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
