Tracey Susan Lewis

Tracey Lewis, 55 born and raised in Springfield MA, earned her wings on Sunday, July 18th, 2021 surrounded by her family. 
 
Tracey, born June 6, 1966 to Gertrude Lewis and the late Irving Lewis Sr., was the youngest daughter of the Lewis family. 
 
Tracey attended Springfield Classical High School and lived a selfless, kind hearted life. She is survived by her 3 children, Andréa Hudson, Isaiah and Joshua Hall, and mother Gertrude Lewis. She is also survived by her siblings Fredrick Lewis, Irving Lewis Jr., April Foulks Rivera , Chris Joseph, Corey Lewis, and Marc Lewis, and an abundance of nieces and nephews, as well as best friends Lisa Merriweather, Stephanie Sibley and Robin Seabrooks. 
 
As a mother of 3 children and aunt of many nieces and nephews, Tracey embodied what it means to lead with love. Despite being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at a young age, she was committed to being the best version of herself and focused on not letting the disease limit her. Always leading with a smile and a spirit of excellence, she was a caretaker to her eldest brother Fredrick Lewis for many years, and a dependable constant in the Lewis family. Tracey made it a point to let all who came in contact with her know that they were loved. 
 
Through her loving words, energetic spirit, and love for the Lord, Tracey taught everyone how to live life to the fullest each day. 
 
She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to experience her love. 

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Tracey’s life on Friday July 30, 2021 from 4-6pm in Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation, 220 N. Main St., East Longmeadow MA. A service will follow at 6pm.
